Approx. cost: 45 lakhs

Theme: A project set within a 60×40 site within a limited budget had the ground floor designed as 30% for parking and 70% for a 2 bedroom house for rental purpose. The first and the terrace floor were for owner occupancy and designed as a 3 bedroom dwelling unit. The house designed exhibits contemporary style in its facade treatments as an inevitable exhibit of simplicity and elegance by not overdoing in terms of colour, textures, finishing materials and application of design elements by using vertical and horizontal pergolas. A courtyard with sky light tucked into the centre of the layout plan and a balcony abutting the dining space in the courtyard throws bright and constant diffused light into the interiors covering a large area of the house. The master bedroom has been designed as a suite with a sleeping, study, walking wardrobe areas distinctly separated and yet closed in.
