Project: Residence of Mr. Seetharam at Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore

Area: Site area -1500sq. ft            Built-up area –2585sq. ft

Approx. cost:   4 lakhs

Structural Renovation,  first floor design and Elevation treatment to an existing building. The first floor was designed according to the Client’s needs with modifications done structurally to the Ground floor having space constraint on the set backs. Extension of the Ground floor roof slab with supporting beams and columns along the compound wall to set the requirement of the first floor.
