Project: Residence of Dr. Sheshasai at Banashankari, Bangalore

Design dealt: Architectural

Area: Site area – 1200 sq. ft         Built-up area – 2080 sq. ft

Approx. cost: 38 lakhs

Theme: A house designed for a doctor couple and a lawyer brother of the doctor was highly a budgeted affair with absolute filter on any such design element, be it in plan or exteriors that could increase the cost of construction. The very small site in a 1200 sq. ft on an elevated ground forced a lot of caution while doing the foundation for the structure with an empty site on its lower end.
